Avoid the uncertainty of traditional physical therapy and get results that actually help you get back to dancing

i HELP DANCERS GET BACK TO DOING WHAT THEY LOVE

Many coaches and trainers are not equipped to help dancers with their goals. This is mostly due to a lack of knowledge of the particular demands dancing has. Insurance companies and in-network providers are only concerned of getting you back to a level where you can handle daily tasks which often turns into a drop in support before you feel ready to dance again. If you have tried getting help, but don’t feel seen, I’m here to fill in that gap and make sure you can keep dancing.

My reason for becoming a physical therapist started with my own goal of staying healthy enough to keep breaking for as long as I can. When I was a teenager, a back injury forced me to stop training. I thought complete rest was the answer, so I took three months off, waiting for it to get better, but it didn’t. It wasn’t until my former swim coach, who was also a physical therapist, encouraged me to start exercising again that I began to truly recover and return to dancing.

That experience opened my eyes to how much misinformation exists about pain and recovery. Now, I’m driven to help others avoid the same mistakes by empowering them with the right knowledge, challenging outdated beliefs, and guiding them to move with confidence again.
